These are not required for 100%.
The ending missions may not always be checked correctly. I haven't been able to figure out why this happens. If you know you completed one of the endings, you can ignore their lack of checkmarks.
There is a known issue where players attempting to reach 100% completion may have all items checked, but are still missing about 1% on their completion stat. A few players have reported that re-completing friend activities sometimes triggers the last percent to be added. I have not yet figured out why this happens.
