Older versions of Android's Download Manager (ADM), which is used by the stock Browser and some third-party browsers, have issues that cause some files to not download correctly, often appearing in the notification area as "<Untitled> Download unsuccessful." I've made adjustments to the way saves download to make them compatible with these older versions. It may still happen on very old versions of Android, but it should be working on most now.
