Parachute Glitch (San Andreas)

According to OrionSR, what we believed to be the cause and solution to the parachute glitch appears to have been inaccurate. Because of this, I'm removing the parachute glitch fix from the available modifications.

Timer Resets

The beta modification for timer resets on III and VC have been updated. The current list of what gets reset is now:

• Global timer
• Weather timer
• Thread/script timers
  • Timer A
  • Timer B
  • Wake timer
• Pickup timers
• Car generator timers
• Set piece timers (VC only, doesn't exist in III)
• Garage timers (III and VC, but also added to SA's traffic fix modification)
