English Mission Name Adjustments

San Andreas (All Platforms)
- Fixed an issue that caused starter saves to display the English Mission Name as "Unknown" when it should be "In The Beginning"
Vice City (PC)
- Added English Mission Name display when Save Name doesn't match the English Mission Name
(Mobile versions already display the English name due to differences in their save format)
- Fixed an issue that caused some saves with non-latin characters in their save names to not display other save information, such as stats and checklists
