Preferences Overhaul

The preferences feature of the site has been overhauled (mostly on the backend to reduce database usage) and has had several changes.
- Preferences have been added to customize the SNP Helper and Chain Game templates in HTML format.
Max length is 2000 characters for each template (this includes HTML code).
- Glitch related preferences were removed as no one was really using them.
- Preferences are no longer saved on the server for a year. As an alternative you can now backup your preferences to a file and then restore them later or restore them on another device.
- The My Saves section of the Preferences page has been moved to the Browse page. You can find it by selecting My Recent Uploads from the dropdown menu.
