QoL changes and GTA IV updates

QoL changes

• Saves can now be uploaded from any page on the site via drag and drop.
• The game selection dropdown on the Browse page will now remember the last game you selected instead of always defauling to SA PC.
• There is now a preference setting to change the timezone used on the site when displaying dates and times.

GTA IV saves

• Fixed a bug that caused the English Mission Name to display "Unknown GXT" for TLAD and TBOGT Story Complete saves.
• Added health and armor values to the general stats section.
