For saves of all versions of GTA III, the Emergency Vehicles check in the Import/Export section will no longer be marked as complete if all vehicles have been turned in but the final check that rewards the %4.5 progress hasn't been completed. It will also say "Return to the docks" as doing so will make the check run.
