I will no longer be accepting requests to make saves permanent. I have received far too many over the last few years from users that just want to use it as their own personal storage.
Exceptions may be made for trusted users in the GTAForums community. But just as before, I will decide that on a case-by-case basis.
The existing permanent save files will remain as is.
